I am Dr. Ron Boehm and I’m glad you are seeking to better understand yourself as a leader. I have been involved assessing leaders for the past 20+ years and have found the Harrison Assessment an excellent tool to help you become more self-aware and improve your personal performance. I am certified by the Harrison organization to debrief the results of this assessment and I look forward to serving you.

The Harrison Assessment is based on over 30 years of research and is used around the world, having been translated into 43 different languages. This assessment measures interests, work preferences and behavioral tendencies. Unlike many personal assessments, it isn't a personality inventory. It measures your preferences, interests, and tendencies for specific behaviors.

Process:

• You contact me (click START HERE)

• I send you a link

• You follow the link and submit your responses

• You email me (ron@coachforyou.us) to let me know you have completed the survey.

• We arrange a time to meet on Zoom

• I send you a pdf copy of the report

• On Zoom I explain the report

• Action steps/Coaching/followup explanation if requested

To take this assessment, you first contact me (START HERE) and I will have a link sent to your email address. You follow the link and submit your responses online. I will get your report, send you a pdf copy of it, and then debrief the results with you so that you understand what the report reveals. The report will explain your responses in detail. We recommend you get a coach for greater insights how you could keep improving as a leader. You will be invoiced for this service. The regular cost for this service is $496. If you have a coach or sponsor that might help with the cost, I need their name and email address which you can give me on the Start Here form.
